For U.S. & Canada Customers:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after being placed
For orders over $89, standard shipping (7-12 business days transit time) is free.
For orders under $89, standard shipping (7-12 business days transit time) is free.

For Australia & New Zealand Customers:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after being placed
For orders over $89, standard shipping (8-14 business days transit time) is free.
For orders under $89, standard shipping (8-14 business days transit time) is free.

For Singapore & Southeast Asia Customers:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after being placed
For orders over $89, standard shipping (8-14 business days transit time) is free.
For orders under $89, standard shipping (8-14 business days transit time) costs is free.

For International Customers:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after being placed
For orders over $89, standard shipping (7-12 business days transit time) is free.

*Note:

• The window of delivery are based on medium 95% of the customer feedback.
• There may be delays due to holidays, extreme weathers, oversized packages or extraneous circumstances.

Custom-Made Products:

• For custom-made products, including printed or embroidered apparel, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom orders are final upon placement and cannot be changed or refunded, as they hold no transferable or residual value.

Oversized Packages:

• Packages exceeding 3 feet (0.91 meters) in length or 5 feet (1.52 meters) in combined dimensions may experience delays. Add an extra 10 business days for delivery.

Expedited Shipping Options:

• California Pilot Program: We are testing 2-Day Shipping on only select products for California residents at no additional cost. If you are selected for this pilot program, we will automatically expedite your package. If you prefer not to participate, please contact us to opt out.
• Coming Soon: Faster shipping options (2-3 Day Expedited Shipping) will be available later this year. Check our website for updates.

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Other Responsibilities:

• Responsibility: Any customs duties, fees, and taxes incurred are the customer’s responsibility. We declare the value of your order on the package.
• Note: Customs officers may delay delivery. For returns due to refusal to pay duties and taxes, a 40% restocking fee applies. For returns due to refusal to accept the package, a 100% restocking fee applies.

Shipping Protection & Insurance:

• Lost Package: Shipping protection is provided at no extra cost. If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement shipment. Don't worry. The cost is on us!
• Late Arrival: For late arrivals, tiered refunds of $5, $10, and $50 are available upon receipt confirmation. If your package does not arrive within 28 business days, we will dispatch a replacement within 72 hours at no additional cost.
• Missing Or Defective Items: We offer 7-day replacement & warranty policy to ensure satisfaction. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any missing or defective items. For details, please check return & refund policy.
